Energy Systems

Air traffic keeps growing and that makes airports bigger and bigger. To propitiate a perfect operation of all the necessary infrastructures for the airport activity, one of the main factors is the electrical energy. Due to the size of airports and the growing needs within their scope, electricity demand is increasingly important. To reduce costs, airports usually buy electricity in medium voltage, high voltage or very high voltage depending on their needs.

For this reason it is very usual nowadays to see airports with electrical substations and transformation centers for their own consumption. As a consequence, these electrical infrastructures need to use electrical equipment called "electrical transformer".

In particular, the community executive expects to save 16 TWh (Terawatt-hours) per year starting in 2020, which would mean avoiding the emission of 3,700 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) into the atmosphere.                 This regulation affects transformers of small, medium and large power that are used in transmission and electrical distribution networks or for industrial applications.

Telecommunications Systems

Cibersoftware offers solutions in systems of assistance to air navigation with extensive experience in ports and airports nationwide. The company provides a high quality global service to its customers, providing complete, integrated and reliable solutions in air navigation projects, airport systems and ports.

Its offer includes a wide range of integrated services, either separately or as part of a complete package: engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, integration and maintenance of radio-aids systems (DVOR, ILS, etc.); surveillance, aeronautical ground / air communication systems in towers and control centers; etc. It also offers electronic equipment and communications systems for maritime traffic control centers for ports and maritime rescue.

Electronic Security Systems

Airports address perimeter security with various technologies, from visible camcorders and sophisticated security fences to powerful infrared cameras. In the dark, if you do not have enough equipment, the staff will be blinded to possible attacks and security flaws. Without protective measures, a perimeter intrusion at night could be devastating and lead to serious legal repercussions, as well as a considerable negative press campaign. Airport officials need a solution that provides total nighttime visibility in a very large area, so that staff can fully control the perimeter at all times. The solution must be cost-effective and easy to maintain, as well as easy to use, so that non-technical employees can learn to use it quickly.
